Here's another Memory File that I created using Heidi Swapp's Sugar Chic design. These are so much fun to play with! I combined two file folders and accomplished the pockets by sewing parts of the folders together. I cannot take credit for this design because I spent 12 weeks in class with the amazing Heidi Swapp. She has the greatest ideas ever. I truely love working with her and all the great ladies from all over the world. I love working with manila folders and how they take the inks from Ranger Ink, distress, sprays, etc. Heidi Swapp has a new line of spray inks out also and I can't wait to have them to play with.
I finally decided on the Silhouette Cameo for die cutting. This is one of the best decisions I've made in a while and love all the amazing things it can do. I used it to cut out the words on my pages here. Thanks Heidi for all the png files!
I love including these little books to hide in pockets. Just more treasure to uncover. Be looking for more incredible Memory File designs from Heidi Swapp. I can't wait to get my hands on them!

Here's a little mini I worked on this weekend. I used ideas from Heidi Swapp's Memory file class and some of her products mixed in here. This started from a manila file folder then covered with Bo Bunny papers. I used one of Heidi's coveted foto stacks and scalloped edge information trimmings. I also used Pink Paislee's gathered fabric trimmings. What a wonderful combination of products to create crafty treasures. Then to add a little pop, I went around the edges of the mini with Tim's frayed burlap distress ink. This little mini is to honor my Granny, who I adored. She was my crafting inspiration and was glad to share her talents with great patience.

I am so excited to create my first hybrid element for scrapbooking in Photoshop Elements. So much fun and I can't wait to learn more. Just think with Silhouette Cameo and Photoshop what a girl can do! I know it's not much but the little blue circle with "LOVE" is my first creation. This is the layout she teaches using the Photoshop Elements program. I took the first free class that Jessica Sprague provides for beginners. Here's her link http://www.jessicasprague.com

I signed up for Heidi Swapp' s class over @Big Pictures Classes and had a ton of fun learning new and pretty crafty stuff! Heidi has designed some new products that are just fabulous. Sugar Chic and Mistables are my favorites. I enjoy adding lots of color to the mistables. I like to use the Ranger Inks dylusions. They provide great vibrant colors.

I finally did it. I ordered it this morning. I have been debating on this or a new Cricut. The Cameo won. I can still use my little Cricut with cartridges and the Cameo will give me different options. Thanks Heidi Swapp for the inspiration!
